Junker M.D. is the current director for the Center for Medical Aesthetics located in Georgetown, Washington DC. Dr. Junker has extensive training using multiple procedures in both Ear, Nose, Throat (ENT) surgery and Dermatologic surgery, to provide the greatest benefit with the lowest medical and surgical risk. He is one of only a few primary care board certified physicians who has experience using the many new lasers and technologies that have recently become available over the last five years. Dr. Junker has completed a Dermatologic Laser Surgery Preceptorship at the Malcolm Grow Medical Center, Dermatologic Laser Surgery Center which is affiliated with the Uniformed Services University Health Sciences Center in Bethesda, Maryland. Dr. Junker frequently lectures on laser safety and cosmetic dermatology for the leading manufacturers of laser equipment and cosmetic products.

Dr Junker is committed to public education and community service. He is also a highly decorated officer in the United States Air Force and proudly served on Active Duty during multiple combat operations. He was the Flight Surgeon for Air Force One and actively flew missions with the President of the United States of America.

Dr. Junker is a member of multiple medical organizations including: The International Society of Cosmetic Laser Surgeons; and The American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Junker's approach to cosmetic surgery has always been from the perspective of the individual as a whole. Overall health and well being of the individual is integrated into a custom tailored plan for each client. Dr. Junker is also Board Certified by the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) in Sports Medicine, and he uses his training in musculoskeletal and cardiovascular medicine to promote long-lasting results in all of his patients. Dr. Junker is licensed to practice Medicine and Surgery in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.

Doctor Junker is fluent in English and Spanish, and he is also conversant in Italian.
