This condition is a vascular birthmark consisting of superficial and deep dilated capillaries in the skin that produces reddish to purplish discoloration of the skin. Port Wine Stains are present at birth and most often occur on the face, but can appear anywhere on the body. We treat the Port Wine Stains with a Quantum SR Laser.
